- I pursue a holistic approach, so here are whole food and plant-based ingredients, nothing artificial or refined (NO white wheat flour, sugar, and oil). The recipes are also Gluten-Free and do not require a specific gluten-free flour blend.
- This makes the cakes nourishing and well-balanced for macro and micronutrients. It also decreases their calorie density compared with regular cakes.
- Here we use simple kitchen utensils like a blender, stove, oven, whisk etc. Nothing special and expensive!
- In this course, we will go down different parts of the cake: sponge cakes, creams, and fillings.
