Requirements

Hello beautiful bakers!

Welcome to ‘Making Rough Puff 101’

In this course, I will give you an in-depth tutorial on making rough puff dough and will also teach you five amazing recipes to make using the rough puff dough.

This course included recipes for:

  • Rough Puff Dough
  • French Palmiers (with sugar and cinnamon inside)
  • Strawberry Turnovers (glossy turnovers with homemade strawberry filling)
  • Apple Puff Galette (classic galette where I teach you how to place apples to make it look like the ones you find in professional bakeries)
  • Hand Puff Pizzas (puffed slices with pizzas with homemade toppings)
  • Twisted Puffs (the perfect recipe to make using dough scraps from all the other recipes we learnt)

DELIVERABLE: Simply make the Rough Puff Dough and bake it into at least one recipe of your choice (could be sweet or savoury, whichever you like)

Important note: If you are new to baking, I’d recommend mastering the recipes shown in the video lessons before you attempt any variations. This way it’ll keep you encouraged and motivated.

Once you have mastered the basic recipes, feel free to get creative and add or alter the jam flavours of your turnovers or even customise the pizza puff toppings.

In case you have any doubts or queries feel free to reach out to me.
